We develop and construct fully subsidy free wind and PV farms in the Baltic States. We design the entire project from start to finish and during the process, we work closely with local stakeholders, involving landowners, communities, municipalities and local businesses.
In the planning phase, the first step is to identify optimal locations for either solar and/or wind farms. Then we enter into agreements with landowners and ensure local involvement. In close cooperation with the municipality, we then prepare thorough project proposals and carry out authority processing, including the preparation of local plans and EIA reports. We also handle PPAs (power purchase agreement) and ensure the necessary infrastructure, including grid connection.
During the construction phase, we work closely with various partners, starting with a thorough soil analysis to assess the soil conditions. Subsequently, excavation and casting of foundations will be initiated, and we will construct roads and crane sites to ensure efficient construction.
Once the construction is finished and the wind or solar farm is in operation, we are also able to assist with asset management.
Throughout the process, our highest priorities are quality and security to ensure that projects are carried out carefully and in compliance with applicable standards. This systematic approach is key to delivering successful and sustainable energy projects.
